Every recorder,
made smart.

The AI brain behind your recordings. Keep the hardware you love. Meet Tori — your AI companion for the moments you’ve recorded.

Meet Tori.
Your life, in conversation.

Your recordings become a memory you can talk to. Revisit a conversation, unpack an idea, or ask what you promised someone. Tori brings voice chat and source-linked answers to the audio you import — across meetings, lectures, and personal reflections.

Keep your recorder. Add a companion that can help you make sense of what it captured.

  • Talk it through. Speak naturally or type a question. Revisit a meeting, reflect on a journal entry, or pick up an idea you recorded earlier.
  • Return to the moment. Source-linked answers point back to your recordings, so you can check the words behind a summary or a remembered detail.
  • You decide what comes next. Review suggested tasks and calendar entries before confirming them. Your original recordings stay intact.

Be there.
Come back to it later.

The conversation that moved things forward. The lecture that made it click. The thought you didn’t want to lose.

Record with everyone’s knowledge and permission.

Less searching.
More remembering.

Your recordings, transcripts, and source-linked notes share one workspace. Find a moment, revisit what was said, and pick up where you left off.

Meeting

The meeting, minus the note-taking.

Decisions, action items and open questions pulled out of what was actually said — each one traceable to the second it was said in. Commitments you made arrive as suggestions in an inbox, not as tasks that appeared behind your back.

  • Summary, key points, decisions, action items, open questions.
  • Speakers named once, then suggested on later recordings.
  • Link it to a project and get a development history in capture order.

Diary

Talk your day out. Read it back clean.

Speak the way people actually speak — with the false starts and the “ähm”. Rintori shows you a fluent reading of it, with the verbatim original always one tap away. The mood scale is yours to set. Nothing infers how you felt.

  • Clean-up is a guaranteed subsequence of your own words — never a rewrite.
  • Entries grouped by month, beside a reading pane and the player.
  • Add a photo, a place and the weather — decoration, never evidence.
Thursday eveningDiary

How was today?

Set by you. MoodRating.source has exactly one allowed value — there is no inferred variant, so no model can ever write this field.

“…war eigentlich ein guter Tag, ähm, also — der Call mit Anna lief besser als gedacht.”

Voice note

“Merk dir …” and it's kept.

Rintori listens for you deciding something is worth keeping — note to self, merk dir — and files exactly that, anchored to the moment you said it. It doesn't score your thoughts for importance, and the note's body is read from the transcript, never written by a model.

  • Triggered by your stated intent, not by a worthiness score.
  • Works mid-meeting or mid-diary — the recording stays what it was.
  • Dismiss one and it never comes back, even after reprocessing.
Walk homeVoice note

“…und merk dir: Schlüssel beim Hausmeister abholen.”

Kept under Remember

  • Schlüssel beim Hausmeister abholen 02:14

Body taken from the stored transcript, word for word.

Spark

The idea you had on a walk, still legible in March.

Ramble a concept for four minutes and Spark gives it a shape: the tension, the direction, the next moves — each field citing the second you said it. What you never said stays an open question, not invented filler. When one move ripens, promote it into a task, once, after you confirm.

  • Four lenses: concept, scenario, script, draft.
  • Say “ich hab da eine Idee” inside a meeting and it's offered as a spark — the meeting stays a meeting.
  • Correct the transcript later and affected fields go stale rather than quietly pointing at the wrong words.

Generated reading · shown beside your words, never instead of them.

Bring the one you already own.

Keep the hardware you love. Upload MP3 or WAV files from your recorder, sync your Plaud account, or bring recordings in from Google Drive.

Upload

MP3 & WAV

Two common audio formats. Export an MP3 or WAV file from your digital recorder and drop it into Rintori.

  • .mp3
  • .wav
Sync

Plaud sync

Connect your Plaud account. Choose recordings to import, or enable automatic sync to bring in new recordings on a schedule.

Import

Google Drive

Connect Google Drive and select the audio files you want to import. Your original recordings stay in Drive.

01 / Together

Your memory spans devices.

A phone note, a meeting recording, a spoken journal. Bring supported audio into the same workspace and search across what you’ve imported.

02 / In conversation

Go beyond reading a summary.

Talk with Tori about what was said. Ask follow-up questions, reflect on an idea, and return to the original moment.

03 / Yours to keep

Keep the original alongside the AI.

Your audio and transcript remain distinct from generated notes. You can revisit the evidence behind an answer and review suggested actions.

Hardware shown is illustrative. Plaud supports connected import. Other devices require exportable, supported audio; direct Bee, Omi, and AirPods connections are not available.

Four layers, kept apart.

Most tools blend the recording, the transcript and the summary into one block of text. Rintori keeps each layer separate, so you can always get back to what was actually said.

  1. 01

    The recording

Upload, import or record. The original file is checksummed and stored exactly as it arrived. Nothing later rewrites it.

  2. 02

    Its place in time

Rintori works out when the audio was really captured. One recording can hold several events, and filenames never decide the order.

  3. 03

    What a machine made

Transcript, summary, topics and suggested actions — always marked as generated, never presented as something you said.

  4. 04

    What you confirm

Browse the timeline or just ask. Answers cite their seconds, and Rintori says it doesn't know rather than filling the gap.

EU storage. Encrypted recordings. Regional AI processing.

Rintori’s database and private audio storage are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. When you save a recording in Rintori, its audio, transcript and recording summary are encrypted at rest, and encryption keys are managed separately from the stored content. Rintori decrypts them when needed for authorised playback, processing and search. Transcription Pro uses Deepgram’s EU endpoint and is excluded from model improvement. Transcription Standard and the default summary model use Mistral’s EU regional endpoint. Other disclosed features use other processors, and regional inference is not the same as zero data retention or a guarantee that all data stays in Europe. The full data path is identified in the privacy policy.

Rules we build against, not features we ship.

Rintori handles the most private material a person owns: the ordinary conversations of their day. These constraints shape the code, not the marketing.

/ 01

Evidence survives

Your audio is immutable. An edit, a summary or a generated answer is stored beside it — never on top of it.

/ 02

A machine suggests, you decide

Commitments, calendar entries, tasks and speaker names stay suggestions until you confirm them. Saying “yes” out loud in a recording authorises nothing.

/ 03

Privacy before convenience

Keys stay server-side. Voice templates, embeddings and your content stay out of logs. No lie detection, no mood scoring, no personality inference.
